We use the information as described in the Privacy Policy when you use the website, upload any design files, or use any of the services. We will try our best to maintain transparency, protect the uploaded files, and ensure that the uploaded files are not used for any kind of commercial purposes.

Contact Information
Name & Email Address: We use your name to give you an account and your email address to inform you of order updates and to send you your embroidery digitizing and vector files. We also use it to respond to any other questions that you may have.
Project Details
Custom Design Specifications: Dimensions and placement of elements of the design for embroidery digitizing or vector conversion order instructions.
Payment Information
We accept the major credit and debit card networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and popular digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Note: iDigitize does not retain your full card information or banking information in our systems. All financial transactions are done using a third-party payment gateway and are encrypted.

- To accept your artwork and prepare it for production in the embroidery format (DST, EMB) or print-ready vector format (AI, EPS, SVG) files.
- To confirm your order design with the correct dimensions and instructions communicated in your custom instructions.

The ownership of designs and creative assets is solely yours. We have internal policies that position us as your partners to protect your original artwork and intellectual property rights at all times.

You have 100% ownership and copyright of all original artwork, logos, and graphics and custom instructions you upload on iDigitize.
We reserve no copyright, trademark, or ownership rights to your original files and the digitized/ vector formats that we create for you.
Strictly Confidential (No Reselling or Sharing)
- We will keep your artwork and finished files (DST, EMB, AI, EPS) strictly confidential.
- We will never sell, rent, trade, or give your custom designs, logos, or digitized files to any third parties or clients. Your designs will never be uploaded to any of the public marketplaces or vector/embroidery stock libraries.
Data Retention & File Storage Protocols
To protect the integrity of your files, we save your archived project files and production files for easy retrieval by you when you need them for a download.
- File Backup: We securely store finalized embroidery files and vector formats for 90 days after file delivery on secure servers.
- Easy Re-Downloads: Should you misplace local files, you may submit a request for a free download during the retention period.
- Permanent Deletion: Requests to delete personal data, artwork, and digitized files may be submitted to support at any time to secure permanent deletion from our systems.
