iDigitize Terms and Conditions of Services
Welcome to iDigitize! Please review our Terms and Conditions. Before you start using our website or purchasing any of our services or subscriptions, you agree to understand that you are legally bound to these terms. Using any service or website function makes you agree to our terms.
1. Order Placement & Customer Responsibilities
All orders submitted to iDigitize must follow our order placement standards in order to enable efficient processing and to achieve the desired results. Below are descriptions of order placement standards and obligations of our customers regarding production parameters and missing information.
Artwork & Order Requirements
When placing an order with iDigitize, customers must include all production parameters along with clear artwork files. These production parameters include target dimensions (width and height), fabric types (e.g., pique, cotton, denim, cap, leather), thread colors, and preferred embroidery machine file formats (DST, PES, EXP, EMB, CND) or vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF).
Missing Information & Email Notifications
If the support team needs to reach out to the customer when an order is submitted without artwork, does not include all required parameters, or is unclear, the support team will reach out to the customer with an email.
- It is the client's responsibility to provide the missing information within 24 hours of receiving our notification.
- If the client does not provide the missing information, the order will be placed on hold and made Inactive.
- Inactive orders will not be refunded in cash, but the money will be placed as account credit for future purchases.
Legal Artwork Ownership Notice
As required by law, you confirm that you legally own logos, marks, or artworks, and have the right to reproduce them. iDigitize shall not be liable for any claims between you and third parties, including the copyright holders and trademark owners, which relate to artworks you have submitted to us.
2. Pricing & Payment Models
At iDigitize, we make the prices for our services to digitize designs and make vector art completely open and flexible. We adapted our payment models to satisfy our clients' needs.
Pricing Structure & Complexity
Pricing is based on size, detail, and placement of artwork. At the time of ordering, you can choose the level of detail and approximate embroidery position and receive an instant price. Should you not feel confident regarding your selections, you may request a free quote, and we will review your artwork, send you a price, and email it within 5 minutes.
Preview Approval & Payment Process
We want you to be happy with every order, so we have a preview-based payment system for standard orders.
- PDF / Mockup Proof: After we complete your order, we send you a detaled PDF and a stitch mockup for your review.
- Review & Revisions: You can look over the design and ask for revisions or adjustments here.
- Approval to Payment: Once you approve your proof, you just have to cover the payment to gain access to your production-ready files (DST, PES, EXP, AI, EPS, etc.).
Packages and Plans
Monthly subscription packages solve the issue of predictable pricing and an easier management of your account for repeat customers.
- Upfront Billing: We charge you automatically after each 30-day billing cycle.
- No Rollover: You lose your credit if they are not used before the end of the billing month.
- Cancellation & Auto-Renewal: All subscription plans renew automatically every month. Subscriptions can be cancelled via your client dashboard or by emailing hi@idigitize.com.
3. Revision and Modification Policy
iDigitize offers minor design revisions for production files. Please see the following for more information on free minor edits and Major Redesigns.
Free Minor Edits
Minor edits include changes such as size (within 10-15% of original), change of thread color, changed file type for machine (i.e., from DST to PES), or minor changes to stitch density as long as these changes do not alter the original design/artwork.
